Appraisal Information

Appraisals can be performed for PMI removal, REO property management, Equity line of credit, refinancing, new home purchase, reverse mortgage, and commercial.

Appraisal requests can be placed via email, fax, or using the Online order form (Online ordering only available for registered web site members).

Appraisal completion within 3-5 business days from date of request (except for commercial which are based on a bid).

Appraiser’s license & resume will be provided

Supplemental REO Repair Addendum with all REO Appraisals.

Interior photos.

All appraisers are Certified, Licensed, conform to USPAP and any interagency guidelines.

You will receive an emailed copy of the completed report (registered web site members will have access to reports on-line).
